Yay the tour is beginning!! Have fun tonight fam, we are lucky we get to see this guy make music with loud speakers. What a gift. Well, he's been my favorite living artist for like a decade? When did down there come out?
Excited to see y'all in Seattle in a little over a month. I will definitely spoil myself with set lists and pics, won't make me anything but more excited.
Hoping for at least one new song- you know he's gonna do at least that !

most of the 7s tracks were done with electric guitar vox and playback. Shame that keeps the structure less flexible but left a lot of room for intense vocal performances. I feel like the acoustic part of the set could vary a lot from show to show, I had never seen such a stripped down avey solo performance live. He sounded great and seemed totally in command of the music which is great. I loved it!one song I didn’t recognize but I don’t keep up with the IG snippets. Highlight was #6 and #10 for me.

Wowww I cannot wait to hopefully hear this. I'm picturing it sounding so beautiful . Its a great track and such sweet lyrics of gratitude.

how are just the 3 short clips of the 7s songs making me feel like his live performances are just so much more superior to his studio efforts much of the time, it's not even demoitis at this point lol, he just puts on such visceral heartfelt authentic performances. feel like if these clips came out prior to the album the hype would have been through the roof for 7s

For the most part, Avey keeps the songlist pretty much the same on solo tours. Maybe he'll switch up the order every few nights but that's it. Understandable. .. I still cannot believe some of the songs he's playing. I mean, songs that I only dreamt about hearing and seeing live. I can't wait until we are deeper into the tour so that we can freely talk about the each song bit for sure there is 3 songs on that list that mean some much to me to experience live!
BTW I have a dear that that's trying to score 2 tickets at any price for the Chicago show. Lmk
are "rally song" and "mystical" official titles or placeholders?

Wow that saturdays is awesome. I really like his tour setup for this. Equal parts tight and loose with the acoustic renditions of ms secret. Invisible darlings makes me wish it sounded like that on the record haha. Exciting to hear.
