I'm considering going to this after the DC show... I haven't been to Philly in years, so I might make a day out of it, but I'm not sure yet.

Cool show...unfortunately, I left my recorder back at school (I was kicking myself the whole way there), so nothing on that front.
I really liked the changes he made to the songs...they feel a lot tighter now? My only complaint is that the beginning of "Tribe Vibes" was totally removed, which kind of robbed the "prettier part" of its momentum since there was no build-up to it...but oh well. The stuff he added to Principe Real was sick, and I wouldn't be surprised if that was the first single from the album. Oh, and no Triple Eye either?! I was really psyched for that after Dark Clouds, but it just went straight into a new song...

What'd he add to Principe Real?

Nothing new in terms of like sections or anything, but he added some new synth bits that really gelled with the song. It was this like constant, undulating mid-bass part that went under everything, it was really nice...wish I had a recording of it. : /
Also, some of the visuals in the background were of a grim reaper character holding a panda bear and tearing it apart. Guess PB/Danny are really into the "Panda Bear Meets the Grim Reaper" idea.

I was super worried at first that he was just adding stuff unnecessarily, but it worked and shortly after the set started I was like 9.5/10 best new chill.

This show was better than the night before -- it was the same setlist, and performance-wise it was pretty equal, but there were no sound problems, and the visuals and lighting were way more on point (especially the s t r o b e during Take Care). Just a much more immersive experience, I had a blast. And Philly, you guys have much less obnoxious crowds than DC does, you are a "cool town" in my book.
I'm slightly disappointed he apparently isn't changing the setlists up, but I had so much fun I'm not gonna complain.

I can't believe how many effing people were talking during his entire set. I was in the 21+ crowd area on the right side - perhaps I should have gone into the general area. Taking photos, videos, talking, and then leaving halfway. What?

Oh, maybe I was wrong about no obnoxious people then. It's weird how there always seem to be good sections and bad sections when it comes to talky talkers at shows.

Fantastic set! The songs seem to have evolved a bit but the segues are mostly the same as when noah first began playing this material. I brought a friend who doesn't like much of AC's music and he thought the music was good but was blown away by the visuals. Danny Perez really went over and beyond what I was expecting.
yeah i thought there were a lot of obnoxious people too, i was like damn DC must have been horrible then lol. so much unnecessary talking…
great fucking show tho, wow. don't have much to add. the visuals really added to it.
did anyone else stand right up front and get blinded by the strobe? i seriously had to cover my eyes for most of principe real onward because my eyes were hurting and i was developing a pounding headache, not cool
several people around me were doing the same. kinda ruined the last two songs and the encore for me :/ gonna bring sunglasses to the next one lol...

I was right up front with my girl, we were both on MDMA! I'm not too familiar with the new songs so bear with me. The first three songs or so didn't really grab me, though that me be because I didn't immediately recognize them from the boots i've heard. For me things started getting good at Dark Cloud; Can't Go Back blew me away, but he didn't have the little voice echo things at the bridge that i loved from earlier boots
still really excellent. After that I kind of got lost in my drug experience...loved the visuals combined with the strobes and smoke. I echo that the strobes were too intense at times had to look away. encore was all Tomboy and not my favorites from that record. Visuals were just out of this world, really made the show. I wonder if they will be part of the artwork....

It's alright. We can blame Panda for not taking longer between sets.
