On sale April 5 (this Saturday) at 11 AM central time, in case anyone's in another time zone...I'm in Michigan (eastern time) myself.

I'm kind of short on funds now but hope I can make it to this show!

yeah it's in pilsen. the dude who owns the empty bottle bought it with the intention of opening a music venue. i think that's still taking off but the ground floor is a pretty great restaurant, dusek's, and the basement is called the punch house and they have boozy punch and tea cocktails and stuff. the venue itself is the third floor, i'm told.

i really want to jam to panda bear while pounding a juicy lucy in one hand and a craft beer in the other.

Just got my ticket! And yeah, a service charge that's over 1/3 of the ticket price is pretty outrageous, but honestly I'd gladly pay more than $25 to go to this concert. So psyched.

My older brother just asked me if I wanted to see PBear with him, and I was definitely already planning on going but had not yet bought my ticket so I gave him a "Hell yes!" and he said "good because I already bought you a ticket"

i'm so psyched! i was talking to somebody who's booked to play there and he said the venue is as big as metro, which is crazy. i live so close to the venue that i'll do some surveying/recon work and report back here.

So I am going to try and record this. Think he will mind? I know another taper here was told not to release a recording that he did to the internet.

I just recorded the Slasher Flicks show in columbus and asked angel, avey and jeremy if were cool with me putting it online and they were. I just wonder if Panda has changed his mind about us taping?

Yeah, the band seems to be pretty cool in general with people recording their shows. I think Noah's hesitation at ATP was more that he didn't feel the songs were complete enough yet.
