Anybody else think "Sweeper's Grin" sounds like it could be a late 2010s Panda Bear song title? Really hope it has late 2010 Panda Bear lyrics too, that whole "slapping up the cheeky whiff/quick doff to a cranky spliff/something revving up in a dodgy bog" mode he writes in a lot nowadays. As a mathematics graduate I'll never be able to understand numerology, but 7 is alright as far as primes go...

Seems more of consequence of 5 and 7 adding to 12 that 7 has significance IMO, but it certainly has a lot of music implication in that regard. Otherwise, I think it's pretty neat as it stands, considering the next prime is 11 (rather uninteresting in terms of properties of integers besides some division rules), and the one before it is 5, which has obvious importance to base 10. So 7 is in this weird little grey area to me...

Makes sense regarding it as analytical then, considering it's strengths for analysis in number theory mostly point to the significance of it's components (3, 2 + 2, or 5+2), or its sums (5+7 to 12, 7 + 3 to 10), making it significant for observations rather than usually being an inductive step type of number.
