First OP update in who knows how long, pretty much caught up except for a few ep descriptions.

It's still snowing here but with the sun coming through I thought I'd spin Avey's Hawaiian mix from December and its exactly what I needed. Past year has been the sorriest state my music listening has been in my adult life

Since September's O'Brien System didn't have a tracklist I checked it out for any surprises. Looks like the tracklist was withheld so it would be listenable in the U.S. (too many tracks by the same artist and it's restricted). A few live Echo and the Bunnymen joints, never heard before but were awesome. There was one stretch that sounded like it could've been Ark era but too short so I doubt it. Then again they did have a round ball demo before that was pretty brief.

Hm no it definitely has those 2. Also beach house silver soul is on it. Oh and change of heart by el Perro Del Mar. I can remember so many of the songs just not which mix it is! I feel like it was a geologist one.

More of an acoustic pop/tropicalia/folky focus with a bit of deep house. Every track is good and most new to me. I never listen to their mixes really but this is a pretty good one.

Frick. I pray it’s not. I can see the band becoming a Radiohead-like entity, where the solo work of each member takes precedence for a while and maybe even new bands come into the picture, e.g. The Smile. I bet we have 3–4 years until the next AC release.

Some songs couldn’t be found, some songs don’t exist on Spotify, some songs I replaced by the same artist. For example, near the end, they played Nicks Boogie by Pink Floyd, but I replaced it with John Latham version 6-9 for a similar experience.
