So I used to own one of these things and it wasn't a very high fidelity type device. I think they just used these for live things. Geo used them to process sounds too, so it wasn't just used as a vocal thing.

I'd imagine that a sound engineer would have advised them to NOT use the Vocal 300 in studio. The thing was noisssssyyyy.

I should have made it clear that I doubt they were used on the main vocal lines but what do I know.
