Upcoming AC tour and c0vid- thoughts?

What's up CA?
Hope this isn't a taboo topic. I know it's annoying hearing about so much.
Personally I'm 33 so I'm not super old but I'm not in my 20's either.
I actually have 2 AC tickets in a few weeks and I've been debating back and forth about if I wanna go or not. I've managed to avoid c0vid so far too.
Anyone have any thoughts/opinions on this topic?
✌

I'm 40 and went to see 100 Gecs/Arca/Kero Kero etc in NYC in december right as Omicron was striking and I'm alive to tell about it (and it was amazing).
I'm pretty sure I've got plot armor though.

Still going back and forth on it, such a rapidly evolving situation that it will probably come down to the week before the show before I commit to any decision. Hope I can see them but I'll be fine if not, felt lucky to see them in Asheville last year.

the way cases are trending i'm starting to feel totally comfortable, we're basically back where we were at before the omicron spike and i wasn't afraid of concerts at that point either.

Hear that. I saw a number of concerts before omicron as well and that was nice. I'll likely end up playing it by air. If omicron is still trending down a lot in a few weeks then I may end up going. Guess time will tell soon how it looks.

I feel like a virus isn't something you should just be like "my body, my choice" about

As long as there isn't a significant surge in cases I don't see why masking and being boostered isn't enough to be safe if that's what you're comfortable with. Best advice is to just do what you feel is best for you, and to be cautious and rational.
