PBVSGR demos is the best Panda record OF ALL TIME ::*Kanye shrug*::
I get mildly infuriated at the "Defeat should be it's own EP" comments. Why would they put one of their best songs EVER on a EP that will only get attention from their hardcore fans?! It makes zero sense!

I really hope Defeat is around 22 mins and takes up an entire side of a record, like a lot of jazz albums do.
Love ross edging blueballs king
King’s Walk
Magicians from Baltimore
Gem and I
Soul Capturer
Broke Zodiac
Stride Rite
Defeat
Genie’s Open
I like this tracklist

Didn't Davey say at some point that Soul Capturer was 'it's own thing' and likely wouldnt be on a full LP? Tragedy if not IMO but possibly wont be on TS2?
Magicians
Gem n I
King's
Stride Right
Broke Zode
Genie's Open
Defeat
I like this but maybe they would put Broke Zodiac just before defeat on side 2

He said its own thing more in the vein that it wasn't written at the same time as everything else, cuz it was made during the pandemic, I don't think he ever said that meant it wouldn't be on the next LP. Or if he implied it, I don't think the implication was that strong at least.
That new lead vocal melody on the middle section of Defeat is unfortunately worse than before. Like two notes again, and again, and again, and again. Honestly, sometimes I listen to their music get somewhat worse over time and I just think what the ruddy heck are they thinking? I would love to work with them as creative director. I'd do it for a nominal fee, travel and expenses and maybe some pocket money for when we're not working, go round the shops and stuff.
All I'd do is when they'd written a song and performed it a couple of times, I'd just say 'that's it'. Someone would say hey what if we just...and I would go Phil Spector without the gun. Sit down and play that fucking song. I'll press record and stop. We got it boys, your best song yet. I would love them to have a more spontaneous approach to recording and daring to capture their initial sparks more. After twenty years of not doing that, I'm certain it will happen any day now.

i'm sorry but this is one of the funniest fucking comments i've ever read, i was in tears after "that's it." so good.
Thanks, although I was being serious.
