It would definitely make sense for them to get the rest of these songs recorded and released pretty close to Time Skiffs for the fact that they have and will be continuing touring with the songs. Theyve had some of these songs as earlier as the music box show. I couldn't see them releasing it as late as 2023 n still playing the same songs on tour. They would definitely get burnt out on playing them. I remember PB saying that about the Chz songs. They were playing those songs from 2011 to 2013 and if you listen to boots, You can definitely tell towards out of energy. Even 9:30 kinda felt forced at times.

^partly true... the boys made Max Martin, Ben Allen IV and Rick Rubin mud wrestle in the studio late last night, in a winner-produces-all style contest while Panda held them all at gunpoint. Max and Rick teamed up old-man style and killed Ben but its still a toss up between them. I'm now posing as janitorial crew, wish me luck. (if y'all dont hear back from me every 24 hours, please send Brooklyn police to the studio to search for me, ty)

edit: Panda started referring to me as "the Rat" when I come in to clean up ash trays and beer bottles. Getting really bad vibes from him, I think he's on to me...

I dont want them to record soul Capturer. I think it works a lot better as a track lost to time. Sorta like how studio baby day just doesnt do much for me. Also covered in frogs, ice cream factory, etc. Some tracks are just better that way

Re: Soul Capturer I've also thought about how cool it would be to be a live only kind of thing. It's really grown on me though, I wouldn't complain if it's on the next record.

Actually, just had a thought. With deakin confirming that gem and I and Broke Zodiac were intended to be on Time Skiffs and then cut, could they possibly end up as a single together? That would leave album 2 with no panda led songs but that’s not necessarily unheard of.

^that's what I been wondering. They could pull it off just fine, but Gem/Broke on same LP as Magicians/Kings/Defeat seem kinda like a stretch consistent-vibes-wise

put em out as a double-single in between the 2 LPs and we can like add them to Skiffs if we want.

Brian DeGraw, but it's gone now. there wasn't really anything to see, just a picture of like the AirDrop screen on a Mac with Noah's name and a Panda emoji.

Also I wouldn't be surprised if Genie's was another collab between Avey and Panda like Prester John, with Panda writing the first section
