Sounds like they want to get it right and give it's due. I just got confused when he said the songs were all from Time Skiffs, but he corrected himself. Worst nightmare was it getting the b-side treatment.

OMG - while listening to the set i thought about how raw it sounded, and how i loved hearing them just play the songs in a rough fashion (this was gone by car keys btw, they were practically playing as tight as they do live there it sounded like) and i had the thought were it would be amazing if they didnt have a setlist and they were just sort've feeling it out together, like a beautiful fuckin synchronistic unit and lo and behold. god damn its animal collective wednesday

This sounds amazing. Noah's drums! So good to have them up front and to be able to really soak them up.

Sold me on Gem & I completely. Fingers crossed its on new album number 2.

Royal & Desire sounds less ballady and more loose, languid and psychedelic here. Like people have said, those harmonies are next level. Awesome stuff. Its going to work beautifully as the closer.

We Go Back is a jam. Nothing new revealed here really but I love the song.

Car Keys and Dragon Slayer are probably the jazziest of the bunch and therefore kind of album/era defining for me atm. I'm just desperately hoping the album versions stay as jammy and satisfying as these live versions.

These broadcasts are definitely going to keep me going until Feb.
