^Nice I'll be coming from Denver to Meow Wolf too. I'd be down to have a meetup of some kind!

It's gonna be a bummer if they are closed on Tuesdays, I was kinda looking forward to getting stoned and wandering around before the show lol. I went there last year and it was really neat. One thing I hated was how packed it was. I went on a Wednesday in the middle of the day and I wasn't able to see everything because it was packed to the gills

on their first post for this tour on instagram, they commented that the line up would be avey, deak, panda and geo. i guess this means no jeremy for this tour? could mean panda bear on drums/percussion or maybe even digital drum tracks or something.

in an interview (maybe the GQ one) panda said he was excited to get back on the drum kit for the next ac album

i, too, am excited for panda to be on the drums again

looks like another date was added to the tour on their website. says 10/10/19 at moreno beach, china lake acres. separate from the desert daze listing. the 'tickets' link just leads to their bandsintown page...is this related to desert daze or something different?

I just checked and the same date was added for White Fence (also playing Desert Daze), so probably nothing but they’ve had special shows on the Thursday before so you never know.

Yeah, let me n my friend hitch a ride bc it's way cheaper for me to fly to Denver than anywhere in NM XD (semi-serious haha) I've never traveled more than 6hrs (driving) for an AC show, but seeing AC at Meow Wolf is like a dream come true. So tempting.

My friend and I are road trippin from Denver to see the Tulsa show. If we can find reasonable tickets to meow wolf we can give you guys a ride ^.^

Dustin Wong and Takako Minekawa announced as supporting acts. They've made three albums together so it looks like they'll be performing together. Dustin Wong used to be in Ponytail? Saw him open for Slasher Flicks, good energetic processed electric guitar.

Can we talk about this? Semi-regular setup...I cant wait to hear Noah on an actual snare drum! Anyone think he'll bust out the brushes for Spirit renditions?

note - I've been hoping for a while that they'll prepare the right equipment to be able to play songs from different eras, but with the actual setups they used when they were writing each era of songs! With this setup he'd have to bust out a shaker for Centipede songs, which isnt out of the question.

Before I sell my two Meow Wolf tickets (I already have an interested buyer lined up, sorry), this is my last-ditch effort: Any chance if my female friend and I fly into Denver, one of you homies would let us hitch a ride to NM with you and back? We'd bend to your plans (which I would need to know to book flight times) and contribute gas money of course. Feels like a pipedream as I doubt my husband would be comfortable with this arrangement, but I have to throw it out there to even see if it is an option before I let these tickets go :'( it's just way too unaffordable to fly to Albuquerque for me...sigh

I'll probably bring my Zoom recording. Heading to the Point Reyes show, too. Will most likely get a decent boot from one of the two.
