It was a badass night/set. I was really impressed. Unfortunately I couldn't go to the DJ set. I hope it pops up so I can hear what they played. I was exhausted after the show and had to drive 4 hours back to indy.

I have to agree with the praise. Mindblowing show. My favorite AC show since my very first in '06. Pure group magic from start to finish. I feel replenished.

great show, I went with a friend and we got there at a good time but the place had already been filled out and we decided to go upstairs to have a seat. I feel really bad about not meeting you guys and to eric whom I was in contact with I sincerely apologize for making you wait around and not updating you on my location prior to getting to the venue. I still could have come down stairs to talk for a little but I just sat in my seat, thinking about what I would say, trying to peel out of my skin so I could just float on down to you for a minute. Alas, the show started and I just forgot about it and let loose. The energy was good in the venue and I had a good time, i'm glad to hear everyone else did as well. Until the next show, keep in touch and be good.

I also freaked out during the purple bottle, what a great bday present, even though it was 7 months in slumber.

Did Dan Deacon end up opening for this show? I'm going to see them next week in Philly and I saw Deacon post "really wish i was still on these @anmlcollective shows. i'm so sad that i couldn't do the tour after it got nixed twice :( ∞ ):" on twitter. Just curious, couldnt find anything official

deradoorian was nice, i have to get into her sound a little though.
Did anyone else feel like their sound was washed out? Or hard to decipher? Me and the friends I went with talked about how their sound has gotten a lot more busy, maybe it's deakin coming back into it. But when we saw them in '11 at p4k they sounded pretty augmented, does that make any sense? Idk. It was just like a wave of sound this time, and it was hard to make out some parts that I was used to being pretty clear, the facts that it was live and they have the ability to change those things if they want is also something to consider.

I also noticed it with deradoorian, the sound was really bassy or vibrational or something, could have been the acoustics of the room amplifying what bass was already there? crests on crests I guess.
