heads hammock sounded amazing. he kept it very true to the original and it blended so well with the rest of the set. felt like i was in a bathtub in the best way. first time I heard a down there song live (other than at a dj set)

They did a really good job of blending both of those.. it felt like an older Avey trying his hands at a Feels kind of thing again.. but with the addition of bass guitar. And it got super super dubby at times and I'm a sucker for that. The mix in general was killer and I danced like hell. Felt very intimate yet super professional.

I've only been to anco shows since 2014 tho so that's why it's my favorite.

they had a projector at the mothlight but there wasn't a screen up so it wasn't clear what was happening. animated line art stuff, seemed like it was song-specific? from abby i assume

Yeah kind of the same situation at Ottobar, overall darker more bare stage setup than a lot of past AC sets. It was cool, gave it this really moody, intimate kind of feel.

Projections were mostly abstract shapes and minimal line patterns. Didn't really enhance the performance as much as gel with it. With no screen the whole production invoked a 60's minimalist Velvet Underground feel....

I had the levels a little off for the first 6 and a half minutes so its a little distorted when Jeremy's drums kick in. Is that something that someone can fix? I have no idea how to do any of that stuff

Friday night's show was incredible like everyone else is saying. Dave and Josh are going through some pure communication shit up there. Heads Hammock caught me completely by surprise and kicked ass.

The opener for tonight was so good! I had no idea what to expect. The opener for panda in bk this time kept spitting on the stage(??????). This guy was so cute and the crowd is so enthusiastic. Very hyped about this show right now <3
