also, if you google "midwinter add to cart panda bear" a google result comes up for a password-protected link that seems to indicate the add-on ticket for panda will be $25. if you do it with any artist at the festival, a similar result comes up showing what the price for that add on will presumably be.

ya the website is all weird for me Im using Google Chrome and it says nothing next to panda bear just that hes playing at Griffin Hall under him. And when I look at add on tickets nothing shows up under the info.


dont doubt you though, this whole thing is really disappointing. I hate having to spend so much$$ just to see one artist tho it is an artist I really love and will most likely do it cause his tour for this album is so short.

i would go into it looking at the entire experience, tbh. it sounds very sick, even if panda is the only "add on" set you do.

after all, he was just in chicago playing these songs last spring and he tours fairly often. thinking of it as more than just a panda bear show makes it seem more worth the money.

in terms of the base performances, i would recommend checking out mary lattimore, haley fohr, and daniel bachman. madison mcferrin seems cool too. plus stars of the lid and julia holter sound installations among others.

yeah I think the sound installations are gonna be sweet, plus get to see some great artists. So glad I'll finally be able to see OPN because I think the last time he played in Chicago was like 4 years ago and I missed it, and Circuit Des Yeux was one of the best shows I saw this year so I'm excited to see Haley Fohr. All in all def worth it
