I mean as much as I like downloading the boots and checking 'em out one by one I'd still like to know which ones are considered 'the best' by you guys. Not just AnCo, but solo efforts too.

Painting With (Brooklyn Steel, 2017 NYC Taper)
Centiped Hz (pitchforkfest Paris seems to be a popular choice)
Merriweather Post Pavilion (consensus seems to be Melkweg but I havenโ€™t heard it)
Strawberry Jam (Tavastia 2006)

Itโ€™s a start,

2005-02-25 Bowery Ballroom is hands down my favorite Feels era show, but 4-27 from the same year is also a contender, only because the setlist is just bizarre (includes Another White Singer/Winters Love/Baby Day)

Laughed at reloaded but this legitimately deserves to be up there with the best ac boots. Every song is spot on and the crowd hype makes me grin while I'm listening to it

For sure. It's in the top three shows they've ever done

My faves:

2001-2002: since theres not all that many boots, just all of them i guess, + hollinndagain and crack box (my favorite is the houston 2001 show on youtube though)
2003: gardner center, rubber gloves
2004: other music (obviously), WNYC spinning on air, la fondation cartier, bowery ballroom, cats cradle (so much good stuff in 04)
2005: bowery, and that halloween show that was posted recently is pretty special
2006: malta (obviously), helsinki
2007: melkweg, philly show on youtube
2008: glasslands!
2009: 9:30 club, sydney
can't really speak for chz, i havent listened to enough of the boots to have an authoritative favorite
PW era: the ones on bandcamp

PB's 2014 Warsaw NY show is really great, the red bull recording is super clear except for the "you're listening to red bull blah blah blah" watermark at the end of boys Latin which always catches me off guard. The performance itself is fantastic, my favourite PBVSGR boot.
ATP 2013 of course is essential too

Listening to Warsaw 2014 now... my god, he went in really dry on some of these shows of this era. Noah's voice can be really raw without much reverb/delay

I wish we had more recordings of the HCTI era. Also wish they had a recording of that show where they performed Campfire Songs on the floor of the Tonic before they actually recorded the record.
