An Avey-Panda tour would be a marvel. I think they would disregard most of Avey's new stuff and meet somewhere in the middle. Panda adding backing textures to In Pieces, PJ, or SOAP makes me weak though. Reworked person pitch with Eucalptus material would be beautiful

With both of them having new material, I feel like they could possibly tour together, but not playing sung tongs. They had a couple of one-offs this year including the coral jams and meeting of the waters. It's gonna be a good time, don't be mad at other ppl having fun!

I didn't ask about any equipment or staging (kinda was an after thought..) I could certainly see both of them using their current solo setups tho

Right now my money is on both of them playing guitar and then using samplers or synths to add some new/different background fx stuff. That way it still has a fresh spin on it cuz they are for sure gonna change it up somehow cuz it's AC. But the way the show is being described def makes me think that the music will be recognizable as OG Sung Tongs, e.g. 2 dudes jamming on acoustic guitars

No. Always you was not hinted as an extra, altho very welcomed if so. Baby day wasn't confirmed . frogs and pilot and another extras is what he said ... I tossed out the song baby day to him after he had stated that , but is was mixed in with other things and so he didn't directly confirm or deny that it would be one of the extras

These sung tongs era songs have gotten me through some of the darkest, toughest times in my life. listening to things like the other music recording and other boots from that era have time and time again kept me going when nothing and no one else could. just to see these guys perform these songs is more than i could ever have asked for.

I'm probably just going to open a new credit card and fly from Portland, OR just to go to this haha.
