The metallic 'flute' synth melody in Two Sails On A Sound echoes the vocal melody of 'Ahh Good Country'.

There's a bell melody in the background of summing the wretch that sounds just like the "ahh ahh ahh ahh"s before the chorus of we tigers

The high-pitched synth that comes in near the end of Honeycomb sounds like the synth they used on Spirit and Danse

yeah I always thought this too!

I've never thought of this before but I can def hear it now... the sound effect at 0:21 in Also Frightened (and throughout the song) also sounds similar to the vocals in Someday I'll Grow To Be as Tall as the Giant, same kind of tremolo fx

The ending of Also Frightened always reminded me of the ending of Turn Into Something because they're both super droney and the descending vocal lines are kinda similar. Didn't the boys say they were considered closing the album w Also Frightened at one point? Also remember someone on CA pointing out how Panda's vocal lines at the end of Turn Into Something and end of Scheherazade are super similar and I can totally hear that

The rim clicks on Hounds of Bairro remind me of the rim clicks on dystw though otherwise those songs sound totally different

The part where Ms Secret slows down for the first time, the guitar notes that slide upward in pitch remind me of the intro to Pulleys

I think of these comparisons all the time but I can't really remember any more right now hmm

The Grass beat could potentially sound so similar to Floridada live that it would have made an awesome fakeout on this tour, like they lead in with the Floridada intro and suddenly its Grass

Wish that wouldve happened lol

I've thought exactly this same thing. The ending of Grass could also lead into Floridada and they kept that guitar strumming and gradually lowered the pitch until it's in the key of Floridada.

The "in my beeeeed" part of Daily Routine holds the same note as the beginning of Chores. In some concert, I want Panda to hold the "in my beeeeed" part for a long time and then just abruptly launch into Chores.

chores and daily routine and turn into something are all very similar in the way the songs are set up (poppy first part -> freeform second half)

Guitar part with the gated effect in the beginning of Bluish sounds like Aveys guitar part in Cuckoo Cuckoo. Also Winter Wonderland vocal part in the chorus sounds like a vocal part in Safer

Never thought about that, nice observation.

Now which structure is best? Only one way to find out.

If we're putting Alvin Row and Safer in the same category, then obviously that one, but I don't think if I'd consider Alvin to be structured like that

There's one "ooooh" after the verse in Dr aw one for J that sounds like it's out of Meet the Light child, or something in Danse Manatee I can't remember exactly
