Not a huge fan on first listen. Was hoping for something a lot tighter but nevertheless I expected something similar to MotW, and that's what we got. Kudos to you Avey for your consistent output though <3

The sound is so fucking good

It's like he made each of these songs by sprinkling a different handful of pretty sounds onto tape. The stop-start style of a lot of the music is really thrilling me

Roamer sounds like glam era T-Rex songwriting with the sound of early folk era T-Rex. Never heard anything quite like that before. Catchy and fun, a great little way to mix things up. Dave even sounds like Marc Bolan with the vocals.
