They announced shows in Houston and Dallas, 11/15 and 11/16. Presale starts tomorrow.

I'm in Austin and I think I might try to make it to both. Anyone else going to either?

I'm coming to America in November, I gotta see the boys live. I'll be in LA
Is Dallas in LA? Is Houston? I think California is close by

Anyway is this sold out yet?

Got Houston tickets for me and my then-wife. Anybody been to the new White Oak Music Hall yet? I know it'll be an outdoor show, which will be rad. Have only seen AC indoors, but seeing Panda outside at Austin Psych Fest in '14 was transcendent!

yeah it seems to get forgotten.

For being the size that it is, I always find it interesting when Austin gets skipped on TX tours that hit Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio. Usually only really big acts

Also worth noting that instead of doing that ambient jam thing during golden gal, they did it in the middle of summertime clothes, which was pretty cool

Actually that jam was before water curses. I didn't realize what it was when they were playing it, though it sounded familiar. But when I was listening to my iPhone recording this morning, it dawned on me..."This is The Other One!!"

To anyone unfamiliar with the Grateful Dead, the Other One is a killer song from their second album "Anthem of the Sun"

They didn't play the whole song, just repeated one verse a couple times then did the "Coming Around" part. Definitely their own (amazing) take on the song, but definitely that song! I couldn't believe my ears when I heard it, and couldn't believe that I didn't recognize it at the time.

It's not on any of their other setlists on setlist.fm, so maybe it was the first time they've done it, or maybe no one recognized it, or just thought it was an extended lead in to WC? Anybody here remember them playing it before?

Mind=blown. Bravo boys!!

They've been playing it before Water Curses at every show recently (maybe every one since they started playing the song this leg of the tour?)

Was anyone recording ?
Also did anyone else check out their dj set after ? A bunch of new fans bought vinyls at the merch table and some guy put strawberry jam on the table they were djing on asking Jeremy to sign it. Jeremy just went 'idk what to do with this sorry' (or that's what it looked like from his expression) and pretended to spin the vinyl on their decks . Was kinda funny lol

I recorded a bunch on my phone but i'm seeing harmar superstar in dallas tonight and wont be home until this weekend. My phones jacked on the mic recorded which may be a good thing because it shouldn't peak as much. I may run it through a compressor on my 404 to what i feel sounds right before uploading and let people tweak from there. Suuuuch a good time
