oh hey I would recommend Michael Lobel - Trip' Tych, anything Oskar Sala (Electronic Virtuosity is my fav tho) and Haruomi Hosono & Tadanori Yokoo - Cochin Moon. Those maybe don't go as far out as Subotnick tho, maybe some Jean Claude-Risset or anyone else who's gotten the Recollection GRM treatment may be of interest, tho Risset is more digital sounding and other stuff they've reissued can be more on the manipulated recording side of things. Subotnick and Cohen were both using Buchla synths I think so like the Keith Fullerton Whitman track on Multiples featuring some Buchla would probably be of interest.

My area is potentially going to get a couple feet of snow this Saturday. Would be a real shame if the album freebirded that day, leaving me no choice but to stay indoors get hi and blast the album on repeat... a reeeeaaal shame...

Getting rough for sure. They definitely need to market these guys better. Shorter waits between announcements. This is my third album cycle with them, unless you count all the solo albums and Oddsac. Almost getting worse for me with every one. Is it worse for anyone else that has been around for a few albums? Or is it getting better?

Agreed. This whole rollout has been such a shitshow, finally culminating in people literally stealing from the band and posting a shitty vinyl rip on a fake bandcamp. So glad it'll be over in five days

After lurking since since mpp release era, I've caved in and made an account to join #teamnoleak. Can't believe how batshit insane this release has been. Without boots to obsess over, I've somehow managed to keep my exposure to the singles only. I'm loving all the praise from those who've listened to the vinyl rip though, the hype has intensified to unprecedented levels.

Damn it...I wasn't planning on a clean freebird to be out so soon. Don't know if I'll make it boys. Now that a clean high quality rip is out there is no excuse to wait.
