Dave responded very firmly to this question on the old CA. I think it was something along the lines of "because Kristen wanted it that way" and then a nice added "you'll never hear it with lyrics."

Well it was one of the most personal songs for Avey and Kristen, I can totally understand why they left the lyrics out. But its sad because I love the ending vocals so much. Kristen doing anything still? Her piano playing was so beautiful. I'd love to hear more stuff her playing piano with the Feels tuning. One boy can dream huh?

I was so excited about this release! After hearing the "Little Fang" boot I was sold. i wish that magical being Avey the best of luck as I've known these years have not been easy for him!
