im sure this will freebird way early. i mean there is over 20% of a year before this officially comes out and it's obviously already out there. wonder why record companies still act like it is 1995 still. I would think it would be smarter to either have a much shorter announcement span or keep it long and release digital files to those who preorder and ship the physical format later.

then again, i don't work at a record company so...

I'm sure they'll announce them soon enough. They're already playing 2 festivals, one in March and another in May so tour's coming

Record companies ought to learn from the super early freebirds of PBMTGR and Depression Cherry

I'm willing to bet this will freebird sometime between Christmas and New Years Day 2016.

idk, I don't think it's an issue of record labels "learning" from early freebirds. I think they anticipate freebirds at this point but announce the album early anyway to build hype

I can't believe people said they couldn't see the MPP vibes.

I'm getting MPP vibes (in a GOOD way) + Strawberry Jam + Water Curses.

I absolutely love all three of those albums. I know some people talk shit about MPP, but that was the first AnCo album I ever heard. So it'll always hold a special place in my heart.

From what I've seen sometimes MPP can be criticized as AnCo's most "mainstream" album, their only real reason for saying so being that MPP reached #13 on the Billboard top album chart. Honestly it seems like the people who talk shit about MPP are the same people who panned CHz when it came out
