iaf are the three capitalized letters so I looked up iaf radio. it's also worth noting I a and f are the 9th 1st and 6th letters in the alphabet, so 91.6 could be a radio frequency

i think the album must be playing on the radio somewhere right now. the original post 'it's in the air if you can find us' has powerlines in the photo and i'm willing to bet the dude who is saying he heard it in the airport heard it on the radio in the bathroom, that's what 'bathroomacousticsrock' is about. that's my guess at least!
