somewhere on the internet I read that the little spinny noise RIGHT at the beginning of WWIW?S is a sample from some game, possibly ocarina of time. I can't really find the source though, I feel like I might have read it here. Can someone help a g out?

that huge ascending sound kinda sounds like the teleport sound from twilight princess but i'm not sure it's a sample. that's one of my favorite sounds ever though, really fantastic sound.

I can't find anything in particular, but it sounds a bit like the Lost Woods theme modified, or skull kids theme? Just my guesses.
Was looking on http://www.whosampled.com/Animal-Collective/ and was pretty amazed at some of the samples I had no idea they used, like "All Together Now" by the Beatles on Unsolved Mysteries or the "Bigfoot Interaction I" on For Reverend Green or the Oompa Loompa sample on "Daily Routine" or "Group Ceremonial Drumming" on Also Frightened. Amazing finds and uses of obscure sounds!
I remember hearing about the "Saturns Rings" sample on My Girls, which is incredible enough, but these guys just continue to impress the deeper you dig...

it could be the Beatles for sure, sounds similar, but I'm guessing the reason why michael said nobody samples the Beatles is because it might've been hard to clear the sample since the Beatles are pretty well-known and whoever owns the rights to their music is milking them for every penny
or maybe it is the Beatles and they didn't clear it, idk. You never really know w AC

Get major J Dilla vibes from this. Chopped up and bouncy vibe.
Yeah, that's not reliable at all. It's not the Oompa Loompa song in Daily Routine, it's Veruca Salt "I want it now". (@2 mins.)

There's 100% no way it's the Beatles. They couldn't even clear getting Stevie Wonder rights, they're not gonna risk swiping something by the Beatles
