Spoiler: show
My ex had just about everything or at least a hefty collection of their stuff, so I didn't think I needed to bother with building up my own collection, but I guess I do now.
I only have Fall Be Kind, Person Pitch and Here Comes the Indian on vinyl (and holding a copy of Centipede Hz). I don't have the heart to purchase anything a cent more than $20 because I'm cheap as hell, and my local record stores don't have everything, but I will get there one day, you jerks. Really can't trust the interwebs enough to buy online, so it's going by very slowly. And tbh I'm not that big on vinyl/cd anymore.

Does anyone know if everything is available on vinyl? Er which one are only on CD?

I have the white tomboy but it doesn't seem warped at all and sounds fine. There's also a clear one too. That was the limited edition right? Anyone on here got that one?

I do. I ordered one for a friend who had already ordered his own unbeknownst to me, so I ended up with a white and a clear. And then of course I bought the box set. And I have all the singles too.

So I have a good Tomboy-era collection, but everything else is severely lacking.

Thanks. How about which CDs have a cool case other than those lame jewel cases?

I'm in a post drunk state and willing to buy everything online now.

i like to display my cd's on above my closet/door etc... the cardboard fuckers wont close and they are way less sturdy than jewel cases. why is a reaction like this even necessary when you havent heard my reasoning

I have all my AC music on CD. I don't understand why you wouldn't buy CD. You can listen to it in your car, burn it, and you also get a nice case (well besides the stupid Digipak things screw Down There for that I feel ripped off).

I'm tempted to get vinyl of some of my favorite albums (Skeletal Lamping, Person Pitch, etc), but I don't have a record player and I want to wait till I get a decent job first.

Sometimes CDs got the cute little booklets and possibly a different packaging than vinyls that makes it worth it, I think. The CD is a lot more convenient, but I do prefer vinyl any day

Because I can usually find CDs dirt cheap and used around here, I am working on a collection of both. I think I have almost everything on CD at this point. It is really convenient to grab for the car. But vinyl is just better all around: sound, feel, size, texture, etc.

Those are the last 2 AC related vinyls i need to complete the puzzle, and the OG Hollinndagain (maybe one day).

Shoot me a PM if you'd like to sell.
