i'm super dopey when it comes to picking up on lyrics. sometimes even in the studio versions, lol.
i do hear in 6 when we says, "it's so hard/when it comes to fill those spaces, only you can fill those spaces". kinda sweet sounding.

In song 9 it seems like he is singing "your bed is so good, damn it's so good, so good, so good every day, today, day after day." Ha ha ha! It made me wonder if he will change the lyrics later, because I remembered the interview after the video for Slow Motion where he said that he usually cloaks the private nature of his lyrics, rewriting them so that they are less revealing of his personal thoughts.
There is also a person in the audience quietly rapping at the beginning of the song.
i think tracks 1 and 2 are one track...maybe it's just me. i think every one of the first 6/7 songs (depending on if you think the first two are one or two tracks) has been my favorite at some point. maybe the last as well. the other three are pretty good(flute song, battles sounding song, principe) but not the caliber of the aforementioned jams. way more top tier tracks here than tomboy had by far

Well I think the reason he didn't want the recording to surface was because he thought the songs were undeveloped so that makes sense.

why would he tour them in the first place then?
edit: maybe so he can improve them???

so, how many weeks have you been an ac fan?
Except for on track 7, they're so annoying on that one. "FUCKING BEAUTIFULLLLLLLLL" and the Pierre laugh.

anyway, it doesn't even seem like panda's style anymore to tour songs unfinished. Essentially all the Tomboy songs were premiered with the exact same arrangements, lyrics, etc. that showed up in the finished recordings. The same was true of the Person Pitch material too, and he played Young Prayer in full in concert in 2002 (?). It seems more like Avey's thing to debut songs without choruses etc. (Also Frightened, Summertime Clothes).
He played early versions of Surfers Hymn and Friendship Bracelet in 2008 and 2009
