Right, I remember hearing about him not wanting people to hear the songs. And of course we've been discussing the songs that have existed in YouTube-form.

But.....I have the full boot.....and I've been listening to it. So I was just concerned about discussing those particular songs.

im sick of seeing people who just joined and their one post is in this thread asking for a pm. ridiculous. if, IF, we have something secret in this community, perhaps it was entrusted to us for a reason, and it doesn't make us arrogant to try to honor their wish to keep it private. stop asking for pms. i'm not a mod or administrator, but that's just how i feel after being affiliated with this community since 2005.

Let me try and clear things up for everyone here:

For those who aren't aware or have chosen to forget the context that surrounds this issue, the show was recorded by a CA member. They happened to talk to Noah after the show and Noah asked him not to publicly post the recording. I talked to to him and we compromised to send the boot around privately. No one was purposely excluded for personal reasons despite what some of you have posted on here over the last few weeks. It was a private distribution to honor the artist's request. Very simple. It has been incredibly annoying trying to keep talk of it's existence off the board but it's what had to be done. We figured discussions about the songs would naturally seep through, which is fine, but the nasty comments directed towards me and the other admins are completely uncalled for. We had a task at hand to follow and we did our best to keep in line with what Noah wanted. End of story.

And tic, it's not that people who join just for PMs don't deserve them...but contribute to the community, don't leech off it and then disappear until something else you want comes along.
