Has anyone received their shirt orders from November?

I got a shipping email for my MPP shirt in November and I’ve tried to contact customer service but have yet to hear anything back. Anyone else having this problem?

ordered my shirt on Nov 25th, been stuck in pre-shipment since Nov 30
i know usps is fucked right now but shipping times are all over the place
some folks ordered MPP shirts in mid december and have got theirs
it appears not a soul has received the "free gift"

yeh im in the same boat. when i email them i get a generic email that says to "make sure the shipping date on the items havent changed" and when i email them after that i get no reply. sad!! aint ever had an issue ordering from the boys before...this new merch peddler that theyre using aint so top tier IMO

Emailing over and over isn't going to achieve anything. There's a worldwide pandemic going on, currently. Best case scenario is they email you back saying your stuff is on the way and Geo is going to tuck you in tonight. It's not the end of the world

For anybody who hasn't received their shirts, you're gonna receive a refund if you inquire about it. They fucked up a massive amount of orders, it's not the USPS at this point.

I received the following reply when I asked about my order......

ive been wanting this shirt for fucking years
first time i bought it, my wife shrunk it in the dryer before i ever wore it
then i bought one custom from Print All Over Me. the sizes run 2 or 3 sizes small and it was tiny.
then this bullshit
i just want this goddamn shirt.

Yeah, received the reply/refund after a second email yesterday, bummer.

I have to imagine someone’s wardrobe grew by about 50 MPP tees or that some kind soul will find the package in 3 years time and drop it off at a post office.

I emailed and asked for a refund and was denied because it was already being "processed", no update to my tracking number since late december.

At this point, you don't even need to ask for a refund. If yours is still stuck in pre-shipment and you inquire on any level to the sandbag helpdesk, you'll get the "assume it lost, here's your refund" email. I didn't even request a refund, I was still being naive and hopeful about the eventual shipment. I don't know what it takes to fuck up on a massive scale like this, but jesus christ. what a fucking shit show.....
