Geologist (Brian Weitz) plays hurdy gurdy and modular synthesizer. He enjoys Flyers hockey and pet sitting his daughter's class tarantula during a pandemic. He once sent fan mail to Robert Millis in 1997 and a tape he hoped Climax Golden Twins would release on Fire Breathing Turtle (editor's note: they didn't). Brian lives in Washington, DC.

Robert Millis plays sounds. He enjoys walking, travel, food, and drink—ideally eating and drinking and walking while in a foreign country; early recording technology (Thomas Edison, Fred Gaisberg, cylinder players, Victrolas, gramophones, 78rpm records, etc.); books and movies, generally when not eating and drinking, though sometimes concurrently; and sound in general. Robert lives in Seattle, WA.

the beginning sounds almost musique concretey... then it moves into a sustained ambient drone piece. very unexpected and pleasant, i'd hear a whole album of this stuff...

thanks Fovrodi

the mythology continues to unfold, hahaha

(I didn't know who Climax Golden Twins were but I guess I do now)

can't resist the urge to compare this with Avey's split with David Grubbs
