This song shouldve been as crazy fast and yelpy as it was live, but with the lush studio production
(it wouldnt have fit as much with the era but wouldve been sick)

tikwid always gets me right in the feels. so much nostalgia for my teenage years, hormones at all time highs, thinking this was such a perfect distillation of joy and fun and friendship <3

Tikwid has always been one of my top five AC tracks and I've been dying for them to rework it into live sets. But if I remember correctly the song was a big sore spot for them as Dave and Noah fought about which way the track should go, at least rhythmically.

that explains a lot since the live version and the studio version are dummy different and they only played studio tikwid live like once, both versions are good but the chorus of "tiquid" is nasty...

Don't have an archive of it, but dudes said they had to shorten their sets on their tour with Mum. When they got to the studio they were used to playing it that way.
