Collected Animals

I don't know where else to put this so please correct me if I'd made a mistake. I ordered some Animal Collective records from their Myshopify, and apparently a company named Sandbag runs the orders? I'd placed the order on March 18, paid for 2-day shipping, and still haven't even received a notification about my order. I also messaged the company 3 days ago and they haven't responded.

Has anybody else dealt with that before? Did I somehow get scammed?

I haven't ordered from AC's Myshopify but a company called Sandbag also ran my recent order from Rough Trade, got my vinyl without any problems or delay so it's probably not a scam but maybe some other hiccup. weird that they're not responding to your messages though

Yeah I figured they were probably legitimate, just confused as to what happened.

Placed an order for the People EP vinyl Monday, received my order today. Showed up on my debit as Sandbag and was shipped from Texas.

Check your account to see if they charged you. That site is pretty finicky so I wouldn’t be surprised if your order never even went through. Did you make it to the confirmation page when placing your order?

I got an email confirming the order, and the money was taken out, so it isn't that.

ahhhh bummer, not the norm so i hope it’s properly resolved!

Update: I finally got them to respond by saying I wanted to cornpill the order and they shipped it out before they even notified me about my question lol. It doesn't really make up for the fact that I paid extra shipping for nothing but whatever.
