yeah I'm not either. I'm sure we'll get a taste whats in the works. i think that's what makes these solo shows/projects

also PJ is on of my eucalyptus favourites so that's exciting

Great set, played a bunch of mothlight and mixed eucalyptus more upbeat

people on Reddit make it sound like it was more eucalyptus than mothlight, very surprised. one person said "bunch of eucalyptus, man of oil, a song about lemonade and a song about Saturday." He played "eyes" from the mothlight boot, played for 80 minutes...can't wait for the boot!

Was it all acoustic or was there a sampler or electric for mothlight songs?

Yeah it was a lot of Mothlight/unreleased stuff. Here's all the songs I recognized that he played, sorry it's not a full setlist but I'd have to go listen to the Mothlight boot again to determine the rest He played both electric and acoustic guitar and had electronic beats and samples too. It actually looked like he was using an iPad or something for the electronic stuff. The transitions were really sweet

I got 48 mins of video that came out pretty good! ... Wow what a fucking show that was!!! That is now my favorite show I've ever been to!!! I've always wanted to hear raw/ in the works songs, that was amazing to experience! Plus, I can't get over how long he played for !! Man of oil was the big shocker for me and id say in pieces as well. Then i also had the chance to say whats up to him before the show and after ! It was so dope that he recognized me from my IG name too haha ..he remembered us discussing the mothlight show from a few months back.. I asked him about recording these songs and he said oh yeah , there are plans for them!!!!!! Fu k yes

Glad you got to ask him, transitions were great he did mix acoustic and electriconic together all set. I can’t believe I made the show, fav show I’ve been to and I’ve been to a lot of shows. Thank you Avey!!

Just checked the recorder. I got the full show. I also got a lot of video. I'll EQ and upload to YouTube probably Monday or Tuesday. It was a great set. Some of the audio loops were intense!

hellz yeah so happy to hear about the recordings. That was a magical show, Abby was doing visuals with two circle screens, seems like she was doing a lot of new stuff. He opened with a new song I didn't recognize at all. I almost wish he played just a couple more from Eucalyptus, really would have liked to hear Roamer and Coral Lords. But damn PJ, In Pieces and When You Left Me were totally killer. Man of Oil was such a fucking treat too. Can't wait to hear these new songs again too.
