Hey guys, at the risk of upsetting all the purists out there, I'm curious about the different ways of listening to Tomboy there might be among you. I love the Tomboy-era tracks, but I don't find listening to the album in it's original sequencing very satisfying, my favorite track order so far that makes the album feel more consistent to me is as follows:
You can count on me (Single Version)
Tomboy
Last night at the jetty
Slow motion (Single Version)
Scheherazade
Drone
Alsatian darn (Single Version)
Afterburner
Benfica

The amount of material that was finally released from Tomboy makes this pretty easy and fun to play around with.
Here's one I just came up with:
Drone (single mix)
Tomboy
Slow Motion
Last Night at the Jetty
Surfers Hymn (single mix)
Scheherazade (single mix)
You Can Count On Me (single mix)
Alsatian Darn
The Preakness
Friendship Bracelet (Instrumental)
Afterburner
Benfica

Could someone politely show me to rips of the single mixes (that weren't actually singles)??? They really need to release the deluxe version in more formats.

i dig the mix you arranged wilbur. totally agree that fb is better as an instrumental, but the only thing i'd change is that i would probably pick the singles version of alsatian darn
