Ive been trying every browser and keep getting this message

Chicago sold out in 20 minutes

Called the venue and they told me they couldn't help me because pre-sale was through a different vendor ticketstoday. Called the ticketstoday presale people and they said its officially sold out. SO BUMMED. Hoping I can get tickets Friday when GA sales begin.

for what it's worth, the hideout is pretty small. i would be on right when they go onsale on friday to have the best shot. if this sold out that quickly, seems possible that the normal onsale will sell out quick as well.

I refreshed and got in!!! I called the Hideout and the guy mentioned he released more for pre-order that morning so maybe it took awhile to process! I AM SO EXCITE!

Just got a Seattle ticket. Excited for my first Avey solo show.

copped a presale ticket for boston!! super stoked, esp since it's the first show of tour so the energy will probably be waaaaaay up there. it's cool that he seems to be gravitating towards smaller venues for this tour (to put it in perspective, the only time ive been to ONCE was to see alex g and elvis depressedly back in like 2014 lol)

Got my Asheville ticket! The venue looks absolutely magical too. Sadly, the Durham date was the same day as LCD Soundsystem in ATL so had to pass on that one.

Got DC tix!! So excited, missing out on his 2011 tour is one of the bigger regrets of my life.

Grabbed 2 in the SF Chapel Presale...sad to hear ppl are getting sold out vibes already, but i think youll be alright in the reg onsale

I might be the only fan who made it to all 4 of those avey solo shows - D.C. Baltimore, Philly, and NYC. You've all heard the NYC boot I imagine - but I think maybe the best show was D.C. - the sound system at U Street Music was INSANE! I remember seeing I think Eric do a tiny sound test and it was like OMG this is gonna destroy..

i got an email from ticketfly saying there's another presale today at 10am with password EUCALYPTUS. the email was specifically for bowery ballroom, but i feel like it's possible it'll happen for other dates where tickets are sold through ticketfly.

edit: looks like the presale is indeed just for the bowery ballroom nyc show.

Have a ticket to see him in Dublin in November but won't be in the country hehe

Last summer I bought tickets to see Animal Collective in Hawaii (I live in Indiana) and I thought it was worth it, but I also turned that trip into a nice vacation. Same with Covington on Sunday, I drove down and spent a couple days in the area, visited the newport aquarium and contemporary art museum the day after the show. If you can find some things to do for a couple days in Houston its totally worth the trip in my opinion. I also hate driving back late from a show long distance so staying the night of the show at a hotel or air bnb makes the whole experience so much more relaxing and enjoyable.

Definitely a highlight during the slasher shows. I wonder what a slowed down strange colores would sound like.
