America's Best Value Inn, booked through Expedia. They also have free cancellation and you can elect to pay upon check-in too.

i heard pbvsgr for the first time live at psych fest in austin in april 2014 before there were hardly any boots and it was basically my equivalent to a religious experience

was really trying to volunteer to this, said they would send the ad posters a while ago but havent goten em :// oh well,saves me traveling money, ima still try to volunteer for day for night this year but no guarantee that panda or avey is gonna be there

I am considering recording avey and pbears sets but I've never done a bootleg. Any tips on where to stand for a good outdoor recording? Think I've got access to decent recording gear. I'm in the dark about what to use for EQing

I try to stand next to soundboard and where there is minimal risk of then recorder being bumped. I usually just record in raw wav and EQ after the show. Mostly bringing up the high and mid frequencies as my recorder without an EQ sounds a little muddy and bass heavy. Ultimately it's what sounds best to you as far as EQ goes. I listen to other boots I enjoy (official soundboards,nyctaper, twosails, etc) for reference. Feel free to pm me if you have any detailed questions or want help once you capture the sets.
