Yall homies work out? I like to listen to AC while working out or doing anything really. I usually just throw on an album and listen to the whole thing while at the gym, but I'm thinking of putting together a playlist for optimum listenability. What do you suggesst?

The upbeat songs from Here Comes The Indian.
Purple Bottle
Mercury Man
Fireworks
I used to have this whole rad workout mix, but I don't have the same iPod anymore.

Yeah, i've always thought of Brothersport as the best AC song to work out to or just generally get pumped for things.

I can imagine Slippi is awesome for working out Danny. Pretty much anything from HCTI, it's all high energy for the most part. Except for maybe Infant Dressing Table and two sails on a sound.
Moonjock yo
Amanita
Pulleys (that pacing is perfect for a steady jog)

I'm mainly using this playlist for lifting as I don't really like to listen to music while running because I get obsessive about syncing up my steps to the beat of the music. It's distracting and usually ends with me running too fast or too slow. Either way though I like the same type of fast paced music for lifting or running. So far I've got;
Moonjock
Today's Supernatural
Grass
The Purple Bottle
Slippi
My Girls
Brothersport
Tantrum Barb
What Happened?
Peacebone
Derek
Water Curses
Who Could Win A Rabbit
We Tigers
Amanita
Chores
Hey Light
Did You See the Words?
WHAT ELSE YA GOT IM TOO DUMB TO FIGURE IT OUT MYSELF

On a side note, "Sweatin to Avey" is a great thread name!

i was thinking about posting that the panda ATP 2013 bootleg is a perfect fit for my workout session. i only do sit-ups and push-ups and things with my own bodyweight and i'm always finished right at the end of principe real. then i'm just lying there sweating to the mary wann make my day song. works pretty well for me.

I think Oliver Twist might work, it's fairly rhythmic and has a strong, driving beat.

The ideal workout music is early Swans but AC is okay I guess.

feels used to work for me. did you see the words was a perfect running song; i used to pretend i was running out in the woods. grass keeps you going, then flesh conoe comes along and keeps you steady, because there's still a lot of intuitive momentum in that song. purple bottle and damn, you're as good as gold for the rest of your cardio. then i used to just zone out to bees and daffy duck real nice while weight training. by the time turn into something comes on i'm ready to run a little more. just a little more.

Afterburner is my favorite AC-related song to run to, when the beat picks up around 2:40 I reach my next power level.

i havent done it, but CHz in general could be pree sweet..
most of the songs are pretty fast paced/intense. i used to be able to run a mile fast as monkey riches. might trip me out, but goddamn think about the satisfaction to working your way up to finishing a mile right when the song ends (or just end on the outro..)

i will say, definitely chz is great for a workout. i mostly listen to comedy podcasts when i work out now, but as far as albums go, chz is the one i've most worked out to straight through. we have a gym in the basement at my place of employment, and they have a stereo.. i used to blare chz because i'd be the only one in there. moonjock and today's supernatural are great pace setters, and good for getting sweaty.

I used to throw on Strawberry Jam and MPP a lot when I would stretch or do core work after practice. Good times.
