and why?

for myself I'd say either tantrum barb or daffy duck or mouth wooed her.

tantrum barb is all about strong feelings about small seemingly insignificant details.. the curves of the landscape and what all takes place in a single moment.. and the beauty of all that happening at once. it's awe and admiration and I feel that's how I like to see the world.

daffy duck has always resonated with me. it's simple, undulating, soft, and pleasant.

mouth wooed her is one that makes me think of a beautiful morning with light shining through the windows and friends laughing and breakfast. I like how it's explosive at times but so relaxed at others, like a conversation when everyone is in a good mood. represents my happy side in a way.

In my higher life-conditions, I would say FloriDada. First and foremost I'd be The Purple Bottle because when I fall in love I fall in love HARD and feel all of the things things he's going on about in this song. And I'm pretty much always in love, so...

Secondly, probably I Think I Can. I've always read the lyrics as it being a song about addiction, bad habits, depression (and I've had my share of these things)...anything holding you back from doing something of value and preventing you from evolving spiritually/emotionally as a person. And that attitude, I THINK I CAN, is something that I am always very much holding onto.

I very much liked your take on Tantrum Barb, banshee. It's one of my faves but I've never heard it that way before, and I like to try and look at the world in a similar light as that. It reads like a Zen poem now.

"The hedge at the bottom of the garden", if you will.

Also, beyond just AC songs, most Panda Bear songs speak directly to my heart in one way or another.
