Anyway I think floridada is about DMT, and the Pineal Gland.

Floridada = Fluoride

Fluoride calcifies your pineal gland(the gateway to the spirit world of course) and leaves you locked out of the everywhere place.

Smoking fat dmt bowls can take you to the everywhere place.

On DMT, you feel like you have visited a mythical place, where you are surrounding by loving(if you're lucky) beings that seem to be stitched together in an infinite psychedelic pattern, your perception of time is warped or nonexistent.

The pineal gland IS the bridge, that takes you "home" when you die(DMT is released into your system when you are born(unless by c-section), when you dream(during rem sleep) and when you die, through your pineal gland. There is a lot of debate about fluoride in civilian water supplies, and people fight over what should be done about it.

I guess I was referring to the labeling and judgement aspects of the song, the aspects that Avey's talked about in interviews. Negativity related to a certain place in the world cast by those who are far removed from it.

But yeah, that's a pretty great interpretation about fluoride and dmt, I like it.
Though doesn't seem consistent throughout the song. like when mentioning physical places and the phrase "dipped in FloriDada."

You could say they're all drug metaphors? "grass," "glass," "sky." But I don't really think that fits.
