That lineup is absurdly good. Every time I look over it again I find another band I want to see. Even if you took away the entire top section it would still be pretty great

Yeeaah so three of my girlfriends had bought tickets in advance (mainly/only cos they assumed LCD would be playing) and I said I'd get one too if Iliked the line up. Needless to say I bought one the morning it was announced. Really psyched now and looks like a big group of us could snowball from here.

Super jealous bro!!!! Outside of AC/ Neon Indian/ Brian Wilson / and Battles ....i really wanna go, bc to me, Spain girls are the fckin HOTTEST girls on this planet!!! When i first heard Floridada, i couldn't BELIEVE what i heard when he mention the "girls from Barcelona" !!!!

The Canadian dollar is weak right now, so I am flying out of Vancouver BC and the flight is $700 with the exchange rate. Almost half as much flights from the US. Also, I am selling my Levitation ticket for $165 (under face value) if anyone wants it!

Their set was wild. Socks it was only an hour but they made the most of it. Was definitely the best ive seen them. Avey was yelping like a madman.

Loch Raven was probably the best thing I've ever seen live. In part because I thought we'd be lucky to get one of that or Daily Routine and they'd already played Daily Routine earlier in the set. Lost my shit.

Then for the last song they teased the gnip gnop drums and then the Jimmy Mack jingle before going into FloriDada. I would've happily taken either of the first two but whatever.

There was a guy on reddit who said the set was disappointing but he is unequivocally wrong.

I also got to briefly chat to Jessy Lanza and answer her in a photo.

The set was really great but truthfully it wasn't as good as the Seattle or Portland shows from earlier in the tour, probably just due to lack of time. Those boys need room to stretch. Avey made a comment at the end and he seemed disappointed that they didn't get a longer set, "Welp Primavera, time flies...I guess."

But.. on Saturday after Boredoms (holy shit, legendary set right there-- Jeremy was watching from the side of the stage) me and my buddy sat down for lunch and realized Geo, Avey and Abby were eating at the table right behind us! When they got up to leave I waved at them and they came over to my table and we talked about Boredoms, John Carpenter and Big Sur. Then Geo was like, "hey, didn't we meet in Seattle?"-- damn, that dude has a good memory. They are the sweetest dudes.

Ah damn. I really wanted to meet them. And I really wanted to see Boredoms (my crew took forever to get their shit together that day). Glad you got tot though.

Yeah it sucked they only got an hour. Totally forgot about Avey's comment until you said it. Oh and if I had found myself in your situation I would've choked on my food.
