I'm a pretty empathetic person and I try hard to understand people's differences. I can conceptualise the mindset of racism and violence and liking rubbish music and having no sense of humour and being intellectually and emotionally stunted. That's most people. I can conceptualise how Hitler could reach a point where his ideological boner runs away from him and he just thinks 'yeah, best get rid of anyone who doesn't fit the picture in my head' but how can someone listen to the Take Away version of Taste and say 'they look to into it they must be on drug'?

In all the infinite possibilities of human existence in an unfathomably vast universe, how can one person be so limited in imagination and experience as to so reduce anything slightly beyond their pitifully narrow horizon. I've never done a single illegal act in my entire life, drugs, thefts you name it, I'm a virgin to it all... And this is still one of my favorite albums of all time. When it comes down to it, it's about the music... The compositional flow of the song. I could give a rats ass about the rest of it, it's just dam good music.
