Number game with boots!

Hey all I'm in another AC live show phase and am constantly deliberating with myself about which show is my fave and which is the best all around ever of all time. It might be cool to do a number game and see where we land on some of these. BUT, do we do separate number games by era, as in one thread for all 06 SJ era boots, or try to do a comprehensive, best show of all time over all eras style game? Whaddaya think?
These are boots I would be interested to throw in the ring, however we end up organizing it:

Melkweg 07
Hove 08
Paradiso 09
p.s. has anyone done a real thorough investigation into whether or not there may be a complete Malta 06 recording out there? If it does exist, it would probably take the collective cake...
