Collected Animals

So stoked for this show on Monday! I ordered a little gopro to film the film show. First time ever trying this too. I just got it in the mail today and I'm gonna mess around with it and practice using it to see how it all looks. .. it has a mic built in, but I'm gonna assume it's gonna suck as far as picking up good sound.

I could go out and get a little recorder but the more I spend on gadgets, the less I'm gonna have for the night of the show ..So is anyone that is going planning on recorderig the audio of the show? and if so would you like to collaborate and mix the video n audio together?

also, I forgot to mention that my buddy thats coming with me is doing the same thing, so that we could have 2 different angles to work with, just to try making it a little more interesting. I wish I could have a third shot too but whateves ha..

This is just giving me the same feels of the 2017 solo tour he did. It was a mystery on what songs he was playing even though he did hint to play in a couple off eucalyptus at the time. and that 2017 show was the most magical experience of all 14/15 times of seeing them

That's exciting! I'm going to be at this one and I was literally just thinking about how I hope someone gets some good footage. The gopro setup sounds really cool.

ya it's definitely been quite quiet for all the AC news and Avey's tour. .. a nonalbum tour i like s the most prime time AC ever! I thought forsure the Chicago show would've been sold out at least. I got 4 tickets myself.. but ya then th e announcement of From a Beach, which has definitely been on a lot of peeps wish list for years! however, I feel like it would've been even better of the other side wasn't my girls.Doggy/ Hey light could've gone great there. but I think it had to be another single that was released from that LP? idk just a guess.

I'll be there tonight. Anyone know how these shows are going? I'm kind assuming Avey goes first since he's a solo act rn?

Avey is just the sweetest dude in the world! So Thankful to have an awesome role model and that's super cool and down to earth.. after the show, he messaged me to see if I was still around and asked to meet by the merch table. So nice of him to to come out and spend 10 mins chatting with just us, then there was a huge group that formed, which seemed out of no where haha

Show was great! short, especially after being spoiled from the last few shows being so long. Played another 2 new ones plus a couple of the new old ones from last year.
IDK how much more I can say without giving away too much... but if anyone's on the borderline, hop on over ..it's worth it.... oh shit ya ... there's a classic (well a few) in the lineup too that he played and it's the one song I've wanted to hear the most live for so so very long and it wa with the what bc it was so gd magically beautiful!
