anyone else going to this show? driving down with some friends from Seattle for Sunday - Tuesday just for it

I got tickets for it but can't make it. Hopefully I can catch them in August.

Anyone going to this? I'll be there, so excited to finally see this show tomorrow. Really hoping to hear Defeat, kinda worried since they have been playing it less. I'll enjoy the show either way.

Was hoping for Defeat for you Sputnik (and for me!) but it wasn’t in the cards I guess, but can’t complain since Bluish, Wide Eyed, We Go Back, Strung, Unsolved Mysteries, Chores and Purple Bottle were all massive. Also loved hearing Working, they made it sound Passerby-ish. I think this was also my first time hearing the new Genie’s since the Sung Tongs tour and that was incredible

Yeah I missed defeat but it's hard to say cause about 3 other songs would have to be chopped. Purple bottle was massive. Deakin seemed hyped on our energy that was nice

also that was the wildest intro to car keys ever, when they all landed into the main groove deak and geo looked like they were flying by the seat of their pants. exhilarating

broke zodiac was such a deliriously beautiful late set moment. working into royal was jaw dropping as well

Yeah, I was already prepared it wouldn't be played since it was played at the last performance. Can't be upset considering how special of a performance that was, probably the most on point I've ever seen them. Everything was mixed super well, especially since the volume was so loud and over-encompassing. Sometimes I've seen them live and the volume wasn't quite as loud as I would have wanted it. I like a fully body experience with my AC shows and we got it here. I cried when they played Broke Zodiac because the last time I saw them perform it was in 2019 at desert daze and I really loved that song and that time was a really special time for me and it totally took me back to then. The crowd was also super cool. Yeah, Genies was a highlight as well, glad I finally got to hear that one!
