New to these boards, but stoked to have found you… Flying solo to tonight’s show but would love to meet some Minneapolis crew tonight for drinks or shenanigans. Anyone interested?

I just got here, also solo. If anyone’s up for meeting at any point, I’ll be the dude wearing a grey Miami Heat T-shirt with glasses.

I’ll be a dude in a blue backwards hat with a white pin, and a navy phish hoodie. I won’t be there for a bit yet, but will keep a look out for people who post here!

Thanks for compiling the setlist. I couldn't remember the order. Absolutely incredible show. Crowd seemed super into it as well. Loved to see it.

i think in the moment this was the most immediately satisfying show of theirs i've been to. it felt so fucking good to sing along to in the flowers, car keys, dragon slayer, purple bottle, so, so many of my favorite songs, with the band there looking good and healthy and being in the zone for most of it. there might have been other shows that were more revelatory or groundbreaking, but this was the one i needed the most when it was happening, if that makes sense

I know exactly what you mean. I've seen them so many times and each was wonderful in their own way. Maybe it was the long pandemic, maybe I've grown to appreciate those moments more as I age. But it was such a memorable night.
So lucky it was recorded. Shout out to unpopular for the boot.

Was fortunate to catch up with unpopular a few times throughout the show, the only CAer I've met. I also want to express gratitude for the recording and being able to relive the event through a great boot.
I was bummed we didn't get Screens, Rev, No More Running, or Cherokee, but it was a great show nonetheless and I love all the material so I can't be upset. They sounded incredible and I was happy that everyone around me and my friend in the crowd was kind, fun/energetic and offered breathing room, even with being close to the front-right. I even discovered a few dudes behind me were on the same bill as my husband's band this Sunday.
All-in-all, always enjoy basking in the post-ac afterglow and hope hope hoping to hit up that Madison show whenever that becomes a thing.

glad everyone is enjoying the boot! this recording means a lot to me- i moved here for college in 2014 and i'm moving next week to start my life with my partner (who i also met on here- funny how those things happen!) so to get a high-quality boot of my favorite band at my favorite venue for my last show as a minneapolis resident was icing on the cake. very grateful for Jesse on the VIP balcony who let me place my recorder there in exchange for a beer. i got pretty hammered and spent the show flailing and yelling lyrics up in the front row and my neck is still sore from all the headbanging lol.
was also very happy to catch up with utensilvirus during and after the show, i've only had positive experiences meeting people from the board IRL and you always reinforce that feeling!!
feeling similarly to utensilvirus about the show as well- AC played an incredible set, tons of energy and emotion during the slower stuff. thought the setlist was a little weak, but that's because i've seen them at desert daze 2019 and pitchfork last summer so i've heard most of these tracks live already. the omission of screens, stride right, magicians, and king's walk was a little disappointing, and broke zodiac is the only song of this two-album cycle i really don't care for, but the setlist flow was excellent and they tore the place down during the encore. the crowd was really chill and friendly near me and everyone started to get into it after defeat.
