My parents will be going to this and I will have to justify to them why I'm seeing AC instead of joining them for like Lettuce or Joe Russo

Excited to see what they end up playing seeing they've already played here three times since they started touring post-covid

IIRC the only songs they haven’t played in Chicago at least once from the current set (aside from the post-May additions) are Broke Zodiac, Kings, Passer-By and Walker (though I guess that’s not in rotation right now). The most obvious approach seems like playing 2-3 of those and an emphasis on tracks that didn’t get played last time round (and no Defeat bc 75 min set)

I don't think they've ever played Walker live

FWIW I can't imagine what a pain in the ass it is to keep that thread updated all the time, my archives are way easier to update and none of them are

I also wanna say it's also so beautiful. One of my favorites from this run, for how subtle and quaint it is. Just super tight too. Absolutely blissful imo

if they re-schedule for soon-ish, i understand, but part of me wonders what percentage of fans would be okay with a Panda + Deakin song only set, with maybe longer transitions / instrumental bits... i wonder if that was a consideration at all, or if that would have just been too taxing on Deakin + Panda. i would've taken the trade-off of a shorter set without some of the classics in exchange for a very unique set...

same here, I think they could pull it off but I guess its not worth if if they weren't comfortable doing it. I was supposed to go to that and the indy show today but the indy show was cornpilled and this was a fest and considering that they're still planning on doing the rest of this tour and european tour I think we're just gonna have to wait till their next us tour, which they said would be awhile... :(

oh well, panda confirmed a tour and deak and avey confirmed solo material so maybe we'll get some solo shows before then. either way this sucks a lot
