Was there yelling geo to crank dat shit. Chores and applesauce were great big surprises. Defeat was a lot... It was a lot. For rev green was just lit. One thing im really happy about was them playing Broke Zodiac. The piano sounded as huge as I wanted it too, like in Cinci when it was like a nice glossy wall of keys. Alots of thoughts but some funny things are dealing flubbing the last part of the climax in Cherokee and then going Aaaaah and Pandas mic kept getting fucked up. Also I think the venues sound sucks so bad but they managed to sound really good. I think it hurt Strung tho.

My dumbass def thought that Applesauce was a reworked version of Fireworks. Hahahaha. But when applesauce started I was still over the moon. Obv Defeat is prob the most experience since that's one of the most insane Ac things ive seen... but fuck if chores wasn't LIT. The way they introduced it to, just holding that note... agh i was like FIckle? No... and then it started and it gobsmacked me, in the same way Daily routine in 2016 and Covered in frogs at 2017 did. Perfect live moments. Also it convinced me that they will never not go hard as fuck regardless of time or age. When they have to perform Chores they activate primal AC mode. Shits the winter soldier code!!! FUCK IT WAS SO GOOD!!! Shit was 06!!!

lol thought much of the same things. The Cherokee flub was actually kinda cool, it was a little twist in the usual and not too dissonant. New Applesauce really does sound like a really chill Fireworks in the intro. But thankfully I figured it out pretty quickly before it became too disappointing. I thought they’d go into Kings after Cherokee but it was kinda cool how they sorta did fake-outs; I didn’t expect Chores or Passerby

Great show! Definitely the best I've ever seen the full band. I was able to mostly avoid old song spoilers so Chores was a real treat, that one was on my list of songs I wanted to hear. This new version is almost like a really wacked out ramones song or something, not bar chords obviously but the first half really sounds like ROCK. Forgot that Applesauce was rumored to be in the mix too so that was cool. For both of em I had no idea what was coming, totally thought Chores was going to be Fickle Cycle, the transitions in these shows are next level, thought Passerby was gonna be Kings with that vocal drone intro. I miss Deakin's gear being out in the open, found myself not looking over to his side much because I couldn't totally see what he was doing, Stride Rite sounds fantastic though, love his playing there.

I totally forgot Defeat existed until it started. Love the first section but they definitely seemed to lose some people in the third and my friend who was unfamiliar with any post skiffs stuff said it was the only point during the set where they really lost him lol. Hard to argue with someone hearing a 20 minute drone song for the first time. I actually did not think it felt too long at all though but after experiencing it it's kind of baffling that they play it smack in the middle of the set. It works but it's a really bold choice right after playing 2 MPP songs.

I thought the sound was decent, it was only my second time at BK steel so I don't have much to compare it to.

Fucking Brooklyn man I was in tears during the third part. Fuck but I don't blame anyone unfamiliar since it's a lot and slower.

I also noticed during that slow part it seemed like it lost some of the audience. I actually didn't know the track myself so it was a trip hearing the whole thing.

Tbh a lot of the crowd felt a little off to me for some reason. My brother and I even moved to the back cause of some annoying people near the front.

Was still a solid show regardless though. Was nice to hear some Strawberry Jam songs and Applesauce thrown in the mix too.

Yeah, even though it's way easier for me to go to BK I felt like the crowd was gonna be ass, also the tix were like 3x the price of North Adams and NJ.
At least in Adams, people were totally entranced by Defeat, there was a few annoying people who started to murmur towards the end but you can tell people were in the zone for the most part

fantastic pic from this show... HAHA also, my three things abt this show that isnt gushing
1. bad sound during strung
2. gem and i kinda sounded off? idk it didnt seem like they played it right? i felt they werent doing the ohm vocal part during the verse and the chorus was so strange and messy. im listening to new jersey rn and it sounds good!!!
3. soul capture is one of those ac songs were im just like ehhhh... haha. but different strokes!!!

Shouts out to Preakness for recording this! I think this might be the only time they've done Chores with Deak and Avey both on guitar this tour right? Avey was on bass when they played it in NJ a few nights later. The intro is insane and manic it sounds like Ponytail(the band) or something I had no idea what was coming.
