yeah, it was amazing. fireworks/essplode mushed my brain up real good. after the show I bought a strawberry jam vinyl and floated home with the best post-show ringing in my ears.

if it was a naptime show i'd feel better just sitting n' recording.. but if its a rager ill want to throw my recorder and start "living in the moment"..

Wullllll it'd be great if we could get a recording but I wouldn't want to inhibit ours or your "living in the moment." I bet there will be places to stand where you could chill if you're feelin that but ya know its mostly samples so the other performances will be pretty comparable. I will most likely be a dancing machine.

surprised he didnt do heart and soul! but it was really great, "mention" is even better and "do it" or whatever is probably my new fave.. that first song was gorgeous too!

Jesus Christ, I am beyond stoked for this album. I've never had so much fun dancing at a show the entire damn time, INCLUDING with Peaking lights. And surfers hymn...good lord I'm feeling blessed having been able to see that show.

Btw I was the guy wearing the black and white hieroglyphics bucket hat in the front. If I spoke to any of you, sorry for not posting earlier to try and meet! Kinda spaced with finals just before the concert.

You're right, I was just being grumpy. They were an improvement over Wizard Prison, that's for sure

But PB was amazing! So freakig stokked for the new album. Lame there was no merch, not sure what that'll mean for the rest of the tour... He more than made up for it tho. And Perez's visuals were spot on.

Ended up only being able to record the show on my phone, iz decent quality, I'll upload later today with a video of Day After Day.

I'm mostly a lurker but I did want to log in to say that this was pretty amazing. Dark Cloud sounded immense. Can't Come Back / No Joke was beautiful, but I felt like I detected a bitter / angry note to it seeing it live that I didn't notice on bootlegs. Not a bad thing -- it actually made the song feel even more powerful. Last Night at the Jetty legit made me tear up a little bit. I also really loved the different version of The Preakness!

There was a group next to me that didn't seem to be aware that this was a mainly new material show instead of a greatest hits show. One of them got super pumped for the Tomboy material though. Hope he was happy by the end.

that was amazing. i liked the opener even tho the girls voice was a bit quiet and boring thosesounds were awesome. i wonder if the guy was in that surf video or if it was his dad or something cuz he def looks like a surfer. one of thebeats reminded me of aereodynamik by kraftwerk

sweet venue. was my first time at the fillmore its like a wider american music hall with better sound. visuals were way cool, definitely a different style from oddsac but much more clean and colorful. preakness remix was woah. i would like to think he's proud of that performance, he really got into it and the visuals and sound were so good. the way he screamed/yelled the end of surfers hymm was tight esp cuz ive sunged along with it that way. id also like to think he's on a roll and is gonna get more prolific in the next couple years cuz this shit is the neeeeeeeeew sound like the mighty boosh searched for
