Anyone going to this?

I only had a Friday ticket, so I was really psyched when I found out they'll be playing.

Oh shit! I have had a three day since the day they went on sale but somehow didn't realize until right this second that they were playing. Will definitely be there, enjoyin' the vibes and chuggin' some wine.

Bringing this back up since it's in a week and a half. It sucks Death Grips bailed and there's no replacement. I am getting into the new Hundred Waters album, so I'm looking forward to seeing them instead.

First time seeing Slasher Flicks though, so I'm pretty psyched!

Are they for sure being streamed? It looks like they're playing on the small stage, which I've never seen broadcast before :(

Not 100% sure. Pitchfork said they'll announce the stream schedule this week.

Going to watch Sun Kil Moon's set and try not to cry to hearing "Carissa". I'll head over to Avey (trying not to trip over my balls) before they start. I do like that SZA album and I kind of have a hunch that Rashad or Lamar (or both) might make an appearance for that set.

Catchy (was contagious)
Blind babe
A sender
That it won't grow
Your card
Little fang
The outlaw
Modern days e
Strange colores

v fun set. Avey mentioned it was Angels birthday and made everyone count to three and wish her a happy birthday. it was cute

This was so much fun, even more than I was expecting. The crowd turned into a mosh pit during blind babe which continued throughout almost all the other songs. The jam section in Your Card was super intense, maybe the best I've ever heard it. Great show.

I was so glad when I saw how much energy Jeremy provided in this set, really made the mosh pit and crowd go wild. Avey was fantastic in every way and Angel was doing her thing, overall, my favorite experience at Pitchfork Fest this year.

A friend of mine who was at Pitchfork sent me a short video he took of That It Won't Grow, oh my God Jeremy looked nuts during the loud parts of that song. I had never seen a video of the dude playing before, and it makes sense since he was in Ponytail, but damn he really smacks the shit out of those drums.

He drummed in the Dan Deacon ensemble frequently, you gotta be good to drum Dan's MIDI drum parts

Im not sure if this was part of ultimate reality tour, but I'm 99% sure this is the show I was at where he played with the ensemble.

edit: lol I was also at this show too. I am in the vid but its hard to see. I come in from the left wearing a yellow shirt.

Oh damn that's awesome! I guess I've seen him play twice with Dan then. Was he wearing an animal costume when you saw him on the Ultimate Reality tour?

Who was the other drummer? Was it the dude from Videohippos?
