I feel like the gravity of my posts is getting out of hand.
I haven't learned about great power and great responsibility.
I'm just a dumb guy with a computer please let me stay in my smug self-satisfied echo chamber.

The production is astounding, yes. Big props to sonic of course. It has that swimming through sound feel that I always love. Loving this track.

haha, I was wondering why no one posted about that this yet....Honestly, I was listening to the mixtape mainly since I thought Sonic had put the Preakness remix on it. I was about to give up on it, thinking I was trolled, and then right at the end was the surprise.
As for the song itself, it reminds me a lot of Pandy's Person Pitch period. The song is sort of reminiscent of Bonfire of the Vanities, with all the strange samples going on in the background and what not. It also sounds pretty dark to me, so the album title is very fitting so far. He definitely captured the celebratory death vibe that he mentioned he was striving for in the interview.
Also quick question for Sonic Boom. Is this the final version of the song that will be appearing on the album, or will we be getting the improved version?

i wonder if it might not even end up on the album, considering it was released this way
and yeah i totally see the bonfire comparison, kinda reminds me of bonfire meets ponytail

Yeah, true that, this might be too edgy for the public.

Sounds really awesome, great production too from what I can tell through my speakers. I haven't listened to any of the boots so I gotta ask, are most of the songs he's played live in the same vein as this? It seems like a really cool direction for him, very atmospheric.

I'm not sure what that was.
But I'm pretty sure Noah likes marijuana.

This was actually one of the more atmospheric ones, a lot of the others were pretty beat driven.
But yeah OMG just heard it. HIS VOICE SOUNDS SO RAW, IT'S AMAZING. BRAVO SONIC.

The crazy bit at the end with the glitched out vocals followed by that big tone chord thing is amazing. I hope the album ends with this track like the one live set did.

Leave it to Sonic Boom to totally hint that he's hidden a new track in plain sight and still have it take us 8 hours to find it, haha
This song is great, thank you PK!
