I made an account just then to join in on the discussion and declare that there's not a single song on this release that I'm not completely enamored with by now. Selfish Gene, I'm looking at you.
He's a 1991 album that radically changed the landscape of mainstream rock music

he may be busy, it's hard to know ... if so we have been, well ahead of time, given a dependably wonderful all seasons greeting and salutation as well as one that is very good for the actual day

Every time Tropic of Cancer comes on it feels like time stops and I focus so hard on this track. It's so haunting and beautiful and sparse. Love it! Easily one of the best things Noah has recorded.

Just heard a watermarked stream rip but it was bad quality so I deleted it. Was cool hearing the glitch missing from Tropic of Cancer though.

I've been wondering what will be the song that hooks the world onto this album....
As a social experiment I've been playing the album to my wife (panda fan who loves song for Ariel & MPP)....
Happy to report crosswords gets her dancing esp. after a few wines. I'm hoping that will be a single too
I'm not sure if it's the beat or the vibrato piano chord but it's probably the the most conventional song or sound. I remember reading an Excepter interview talking about 'Familiar' where he says it's still a weirdo Excepter album but they deliberatly used familiar sounds..... Piano, flutes etc
PBVSGR is such an idiosyncratic album, so panda, it's what makes it so interesting.... Someone will make an safe version of Selfish prob Adele or whatever but I love how panda could have done a classic doo-wop arrangement himself but didn't- it sums up this album- this is Noah's sound. No compromises. With a wig on? A clean chest? Panda doesn't live by anyone else's expecctations, and doesn't hide away
Genius stuff, genius production xxxx thanks Noah thanks Pete

So far Selfish Gene is my go too. Really impressed by how the bongo percussion goes in and out of what seems like water sounds. Then the ultimate YOULL TRIP UP AGAIN, melts your soul.
The digital glitchy watery sounds on this album is what I love the most.

Nadir always for me, but I'm also a big Dawkins fan so happy for Selfish Gene too.
Evolution is an example of the power of change over time, thematically perfect here again. Selfish gene can obviously refer to parents and children, And Noah goes full circle again.
Do you guys like trilobites BTW? They are my favorite things
An infinity of endless change, blows my mind

Saw someone post this same problem on Reddit—apparently some credit card companies flag the transactions cuz Domino is based in the UK. Call your bank and/or credit card company and explain that it's a legit transaction and you should be good
